We have participed at F.A.C.T.S. , a science-fi ‘s convention, at Gent in Belgium last weekend the 17th & 18th October 2009.
We were near 170 troopers from 501st and Rebel Legion from few countries (France, Nederland, Belgium, England, Austria, Germany, …)
We were only two Gunners during the weekend (IG-6135 from Dutch Garrison and me)
This year, the event was moved in a largest location, with more space for trooping and for the dealers. We have few SW sets like, a Snowspeeder with E-Web cannon, aJabba set with all kind of creatures, and the big Endor’s bunker with a Speederbike
And I was as a Jedi Sunday morning (more easy for trooping )

Nicely done! I LOVE the sets, the snowspeeder ROCKS!
Your picture with the other gunner is stellar. It looks great!

Those sets are amazing! It would be awesome if all events had sets like that.

Thanks for the compliments for my Jedi, but if you search a little you can see on my belt a part of my new costume (that I received at FACTS)
It's an Imperial Knight 's saber from my next costume

Those sets are very impressive.
Can you tell me anything about how they are constructed and how they are transported from event to event?
Would you have any links to articles about the builds?
My mind cannot grasp the concept of 170 troopers at the event.
That is so cool.
